Shipping & Returns


We work together with several different manufacturers. All manufacturers ship directly from their facility to you. Therefor we can only make an estimation of the order total shipping costs. Once we have received the order we will manually review and then we will also calculate the correct shipping fee. Your order will be changed once we have the correct fees available. You will receive an email once we have updated your order. If you disagree with the shipping fee/order change you are free to cancel the order within 7 days after you have received the update.  Payment information to complete the transaction will also be included in the order update e-mail. If you have paid too much for the shipping we will issue a refund for the part of the shipping fee that you have paid too much.



Our return policy is varying from manufacturer to manufacturer. We would like to inform you that most of the products are being manufactured and personalized for each client. Never simply return an item to us, first contact us to retrieve further instructions.

If a return is being accepted by our partner you will receive a refund within 14 days counting from the day that our partner received the item(s). Please note that the return shipment will be on your expenses and that you need to make sure to have it sufficiently insured during transportation.
